New members and first time site users:

1. Create an account by clicking the Login/Create Account link
   (top of left column)
2. Click the "Create new account" tab to bring it forward
3. Fill out your member info, then click the "Create new account" button
4. Login using the link sent to your email address
5. Once logged in you can start or renew your membership by clicking the
   Join MSCC Today! link in the top navigation
6. Please select your membership level
7. Click the "Pay Now" button which will take you to our Paypal shopping cart
8. Complete your financial transaction
9. Upon completing Paypal, you will be returned to a confirmation page
10. That's it!
